Shipping & Returns

Shipping
All prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes and duties. We provide free shipping for our products.

Delivery times vary by product and can be found on each respective product page. Items in stock will typically feature a shorter delivery time, whereas items that are available for pre-order have a longer delivery time.

While we strive for timely delivery, Otilia Flonta is not liable for delays caused by courier services or other events beyond our reasonable control. Once a package is scanned and delivered by the courier, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please email us at office@otiliaflonta.com as soon as possible. Once you have received a shipment confirmation email, the order can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return according to our policy below.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at office@otiliaflonta.com. We will arrange the courier collection for you and provide the necessary instructions.

Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at office@otiliaflonta.com.

We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Shipping & Returns Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date, and provide notice as required by applicable law.
