Per our Shipping & Returns Policy, delivery times vary by product and can be found on each respective product page. Items in stock will typically feature a shorter delivery time, whereas items that are available for pre-order have a longer delivery time.
While we strive for timely delivery, Otilia Flonta is not liable for delays caused by courier services or other events beyond our reasonable control. Once a package is scanned and delivered by the courier, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
